Vince McMahon comes down to the ring to make his announcement. WWE will no longer be the building force behind the different brands. In fact, they will all be on their own now. He brings out Shane McMahon and tells him that he can no longer be the GM of Smackdown, since it will be forevermore known as WCW Smackdown! Since Shane now owns the brand completely, Vince tells him of the last official act of Smackdown being a WWE product being the hiring of Tommy Dreamer as the General Manager! He then calls Paul Heyman into the ring and tells him that he is still the GM of Nitro, but there is a new owner as the ECW name was being used with permission. Heyman is flabbergasted that he is not going to be the owner, until Vince calls for the offical owner of the ECW name to come out. Stephanie McMahon rolls out of the back and promises that Heyman will continue to have carte blanche to make matches as he sees fit. But with her as the owner, there will be times when she overrules him, but she hopes that it will be few.
